about the artist
I was born 1968 in Bremen, Germany. Up to the age of 16 I visited the artistic-orientated Rudolf-Steiner-School in Bremen where I already learned a lot about how to deal with colours and technics like spoon-Painting and water-Painting. Every Saturday we could enjoy working on our pictures for 4 hours which was fantastic!
After doing my A-Level on the Gymnasium Horn in Bremen I started to study Art/Culture-science and english for 3 Years. During this time I wanted to realise a long-growing dream, I decided to apply for a fashion-design-Study at the “Fachhochschule für Gestaltung-Armgartstrasse” in Hamburg, Germany. I could convince the Jury from my work and started to study Fashion-design for 5 Years and finished as diplom-fashion-designer with best results.
about my work
I worked several years as fashion designer before I realized this was not my real destination in life. I loved to paint and create things on paper-not on bodies, so I returned to my true passion, the painting. When I have the time I work as much as possible on my Pictures which show a lot of energy through powerful colours. With my Pictures I will reach peoples emotions at first sight, after this; thinking maybe starts and one tries to see various things within the speech of colours and forms.
